How do I join my session?

Once your sessions are booked, accessing them is straightforward. Please note that all Healios sessions are 100% virtual and take place directly through your Healios Dashboard.

Joining Your Appointment:

1. Log in to your account: You can log in via the Healios website: https://panacea.healios.org.uk/
   
2. Log in early: On the day of your appointment, we recommend logging into your dashboard well ahead of time to make sure your device and internet connection are ready.
3. Look for the Join button: Exactly 5 minutes before your scheduled start time, a Join session button will appear on your dashboard screen.
4. Start the session: Click Join session to enter your virtual appointment room and connect with your clinician.
