When will my sessions be booked?

If you are currently waiting for your assessment sessions to be booked, we appreciate your patience. We understand that waiting for appointment dates can feel frustrating.  Our booking team is working hard to schedule sessions. 

How Session Bookings Work

1. Standard Bookings

   Our bookings team will allocate you an appointment as soon as possible. When this happens, you will receive a notification of your appointment by email and text message. You can also view booked appointments at any time on your dashboard.

2. Short Notice Session Availability

   Occasionally, appointments become available at short notice due to cancellations. We offer these short notice slots to families who are currently on the waiting list.
   • No Pressure: Taking a short notice slot is entirely optional. There is no pressure to accept if the time or date offered does not suit your schedule.
   • Your Place is Safe: Declining a short notice offer will not affect your position on the waiting list. You will still receive standard session options as soon as they become available.

• Regularly check your email inbox (including your junk/spam folders) for communications with the subject line ‘Session Update’.
