How do I set up my account?

Once your referral has been received, creating your account is the first step to accessing your care. Follow this guide to set up and activate your account.

Step 1: Look Out for Your Referral Invitation

Once we receive your referral, you will receive both an email and a text message inviting you to create your account.

• Email Subject Line: ‘Your NHS referral to Healios’
• What to do: Open the email and click on the account activation link provided.

Step 2: Complete Your Registration Details

Clicking the link will take you to the Healios registration page. You will be prompted to fill in your personal details to set up your profile:

• Name and contact details
• Date of birth
• Creating a secure password (make sure to note this down for future logins)

Step 3: Confirm and Activate Your Account

After submitting your details, you will receive a second email to confirm your account setup:

• Email Subject Line: ‘Please activate your Healios account’
• What to do: Open this email to confirm your registered email address, then click the link to log in using the password you just created.

Once you log in, your account setup is complete!
