How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in, you can easily reset it directly from the login page. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to regain access to your account.

How to Reset Your Password

1. Go to the Login Page: Open your browser and navigate to the Healios Dashboard: https://panacea.healios.org.uk/
2. Click 'Forgot your password?': On the main login screen, locate and click the "Forgot your password?" link located below the login fields.
3. Request a Reset Link: Enter the email address associated with your Healios account and submit the request.
   Note: Your username is the one detailed in your original account activation email.
4. Check Your Email: Look for a password reset email in your inbox. Follow the link provided in the email to set a new password. (If you don't see the email within a few minutes, make sure to check your Spam or Junk folder.)
5. Log In with Your New Password: Return to the login page and sign in using your email and updated password.
