What ID do I need for my session?

Modified on Sun, 18 Oct at 3:23 PM

To ensure safety and maintain security standards, Healios requires identity verification for all appointments.

Please ensure you have a valid form of photo ID available during your session. IDs will be visually checked by your clinician during your appointment - you do not need to upload photos or screenshots to your online account.

Note for Parents & Guardians: If the appointment is for a child, please have the child's ID available during the session as     well.

Accepted Forms of Photo ID

We accept any of the following valid forms of identification:

  • Passport: Valid and signed
  • Residence Permit: Issued by the Home Office
  • Driving Licence: Valid UK photo-card driving licence
  • Services ID: Valid armed forces, police forces, or emergency services photographic identity card
  • Disabled Blue Badge: Valid photographic blue badge
  • Citizen Card: Valid photographic citizen card
  • Student ID: Valid student ID featuring a photograph

Important Naming Guidelines

  • Birth Name: Your birth name must be used for verification unless it has been legally changed.

What If You Don't Have a Suitable ID?

If you do not possess any of the accepted forms of ID listed above, please still attend your scheduled session. Your clinician will talk you through a simple alternative verification process during your appointment.
